1. About Ledger

Ledger ("the Service") is operated by Egzon Hajdari ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

Ledger is a personal budget journal. You may use it to record income and expenses, set budget limits and review your own financial history. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis with no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free performance.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for any activity that takes place under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

5. Intellectual property

We retain all rights, title and interest in the Service, including its software, design, branding and documentation. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within the plan you have selected.

6. Subscriptions, billing and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See our Refund Policy for details.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from within Ledger or via paddle.net.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination you may export your data within 30 days; afterwards it will be deleted.

8. Disclaimer and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the prior twelve months. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential or special damages, except where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Egzon Hajdari is established.
