We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Ledger Pro subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all Ledger purchases. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your purchase using the email address you used at checkout.
• Or contact us at [support@yourdomain] and we will help you initiate the refund.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. If you forget to cancel and notice a renewal charge you did not intend, contact us within 14 days of the renewal date and we will work with you on a refund.

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
